LE VELINE DI PAVONE Spumante di Qualità Extra Brut 2016 dup-review-publication the Fiore del Vento shows"Le Veline" was born from the idea of bottling our Sangiovese sparkling wine with a fine visible veil of yeast. The name is derived from the Italian words "un velo di lievito", which means "a hint of yeast". We have not yet succeeded in this experiment however, the Le Veline Spumante is still very different on the palate from Le Perle and is much fruitier.
