7 months ago star star_border star_border star_border star_border Adrianne Graves Ambetter insurance is a all time scam I had coverage though them they send my health insurance card that stated my coverage started on the 1st of November I went to the doctor November the 6 and paid my copay and seen the doctor they scheduled me a for November the 12th 2025 at the hospital for them to call a week before and tell me my insurance was not active I call ambetter they tell me I didn't have coverage since September 22nd but I have my health insurance card that stated November 1st is when my coverage will be active and that I have to make my premium of $78 dollars and they took that payment and then tell me I had no coverage since September so now I asked for a refund they say it's going to take 8 to 10 business days but 2 days go by they send me $28 so I call where is the other $50 dollars oh you will receive it on the 10th of November because it had to be requested what ever that mean did not receive it today call back and they say its 5 to 8 business days I don't understand and I will never deal with this company again and I hope nobody else fall for these scams I don't know how they are letting them get away with this 8 months ago star star_border star_border star_border star_border Deborah Jenkins I’ve been paying the fulWorst Insurance Experience I’ve Ever Had — Constant Denials and Glitchesl price for the… I’ve been paying the full price for the Elite Gold (QualChoiceLife) plan through the Government Insurance Marketplace and this has been the biggest rip-off I’ve ever experienced with insurance
